M\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng II<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00f9ng II \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c th\u00e0nh ph\u1ed1, th\u1ecb x\u00e3 v\u00e0 huy\u1ec7n c\u00f3 m\u1ee9c ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n kinh t\u1ebf kh\u00e1. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ecba b\u00e0n c\u00f3 nhi\u1ec1u khu c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, doanh nghi\u1ec7p s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t v\u00e0 d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u1edbi, m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng II t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y <\/span><b>01\/01\/2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> l\u00e0 <\/span><b>4.730.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/th\u00e1ng<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>22.700 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/gi\u1edd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u1ea7n c\u1eadp nh\u1eadt k\u1ecbp th\u1eddi m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng n\u00e0y \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng, ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u00e0 c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n \u0111\u00f3ng b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i khi c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2.3. M\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng III<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00f9ng III bao g\u1ed3m c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u00f3 m\u1ee9c ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n kinh t\u1ebf trung b\u00ecnh, ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu l\u00e0 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ed1 tr\u1ef1c thu\u1ed9c t\u1ec9nh, th\u1ecb x\u00e3 v\u00e0 nhi\u1ec1u huy\u1ec7n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng III n\u0103m 2026 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh l\u00e0 <\/span><b>4.140.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/th\u00e1ng<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>20.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/gi\u1edd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u doanh nghi\u1ec7p ph\u1ea3i b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m khi tr\u1ea3 l\u01b0\u01a1ng cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u00e0m c\u00f4ng vi\u1ec7c gi\u1ea3n \u0111\u01a1n t\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ecba b\u00e0n thu\u1ed9c v\u00f9ng III.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2.4. M\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng IV<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00f9ng IV l\u00e0 khu v\u1ef1c c\u00f3 m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u th\u1ea5p nh\u1ea5t trong h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ph\u00e2n v\u00f9ng ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng, th\u01b0\u1eddng \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c huy\u1ec7n v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ecba ph\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u00f3 chi ph\u00ed sinh ho\u1ea1t th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n c\u00e1c v\u00f9ng c\u00f2n l\u1ea1i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Theo <\/span><b>Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 293\/2025\/N\u0110-CP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y <\/span><b>01\/01\/2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng IV l\u00e0 <\/span><b>3.700.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/th\u00e1ng<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>17.800 \u0111\u1ed3ng\/gi\u1edd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 c\u00f3 m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n c\u00e1c v\u00f9ng kh\u00e1c, doanh nghi\u1ec7p v\u1eabn ph\u1ea3i b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 quy\u1ec1n l\u1ee3i c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 ti\u1ec1n l\u01b0\u01a1ng, b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i, l\u00e0m th\u00eam gi\u1edd v\u00e0 c\u00e1c ch\u1ebf \u0111\u1ed9 li\u00ean quan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>3. So s\u00e1nh m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng 2025 v\u00e0 2026<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u1eeb ng\u00e0y <\/span><b>01\/01\/2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u v\u00f9ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh theo <\/span><b>Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 293\/2025\/N\u0110-CP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, thay th\u1ebf <\/span><b>Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 74\/2024\/N\u0110-CP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
